We collect account information (name, email, business name, phone numbers), billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers), call audio and transcripts (retained for quality and analytics for a limited period), and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).

We use information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about product updates and support requests.
Call recording and consent
Your AI agent should inform callers that calls may be recorded for quality and service purposes. You are responsible for complying with call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including two-party consent rules where applicable.
Sharing and sub-processors
We share data with sub-processors strictly to operate the Service, including providers for speech and language models, telephony, payments, database hosting, and cloud infrastructure. Each provider is bound by appropriate data protection terms.
Data retention
Call recordings are typically retained for up to 30 days. Call transcripts and metadata are retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. Account and billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
Your rights

Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We apply least-privilege access controls and review access regularly.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and, if material, notify account holders by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect where required by law.
