The Console sidebar is the primary way to move between product areas on desktop. Items are grouped into four sections. Some links appear only when your account has the related feature enabled.

Overview
Home dashboard: plan chips, usage stats, live agent card, alerts, and recent calls. Default landing page after login.
Agent Panel
Edit agent name, voice, greeting, hours, menu, scripts, kill switch settings, and call duration limits.
Call Forwarding
Shown only when your account is eligible. Forward an existing business mobile to your AI line after go-live. Requires password confirmation to enable or disable.
Floor App
Shown when table or floor booking features are available for your industry. Label may read your configured manager app name instead of Floor App. Controls seating layout, booking rules, and staff mobile app pairing.
Call Logs
Full searchable history of inbound calls with transcripts, summaries, and outcomes.
Billing Manager
Subscription status, payment method, usage costs, plan changes, and invoice downloads.
Support Centre
Create and track support tickets with the Call 24/7 team.
Security Centre
Password changes, extra sign-in verification, and account security recommendations.
Account Manager
Business profile, order alert contacts, planned closures, and sign-in method display.
Documentation
Embedded product guides with search, identical content to public docs but framed inside the Console.
Sidebar footer controls
All systems operational
Status indicator showing platform health. When maintenance occurs, copy may change on status pages linked from support.
Collapse sidebar
Chevron button collapses the sidebar to icons only on large screens. Expand restores labels. Collapsed icons show tooltips on hover.
Active page highlighting
The current route is highlighted in the sidebar. Overview uses exact match; deeper routes (for example Agent Panel) stay highlighted for all child paths under that section.
